Our stay at Sterling Elk Hill, Ooty was truly excellent. This was our second visit, and we returned based on the recommendation of Mr. Sachin, Manager of Discovery Central.
We thoroughly enjoyed the delicious food, cozy and well-maintained rooms, and the vibrant Discovery Central activities. The evening programs were engaging and beautifully conducted by Mr. Sachin and his energetic team — Babu, Jeeva, and Joshva. Their efforts made every evening enjoyable and memorable for all guests.
A special appreciation to the F&B team, especially Aaron and Rajkumar, for their courteous and attentive service that made our dining experience even more delightful. We also thank the housekeeping team for keeping our rooms clean and comfortable, and the horticulture team for maintaining the resort landscape so beautifully.
The colorful, well-cared-for plants added freshness and charm to the entire property. We are already looking forward to our next visit. Sterling Elk Hill never fails to impress.
