We had a very comfortable and pleasant stay at Sterling Puri during our short trip. The hotel was clean, well-equipped with all required facilities, and offered a relaxing experience for our family.
We truly appreciated the support from the reservations team, who were very cooperative and thoughtfully arranged a ground-floor room for us as we were travelling with a senior citizen. This made our stay much more convenient and comfortable.
The restaurant team was well-trained, courteous, and attentive throughout our visit. It was also wonderful to see the chef personally visiting every table to check on guests. A special mention to Ms. Sujata, who did an excellent job ensuring that guests felt comfortable and cared for, especially children and senior citizens.
We had a lovely experience and will definitely plan another trip soon.
