Our recent Indentors’ Conference, held from February 24–26, 2025, at Sterling Fern Hill, Ooty, was an excellent experience. On behalf of the entire Seshasayee Paper team, I would like to express our sincere appreciation to the Sterling team for their outstanding hospitality, meticulous arrangements, and exceptional support throughout the event.
From the comfortable rooms and well-equipped conference hall to the restaurant ambience, delicious food, bonfire, and refreshments, every aspect of our stay was thoughtfully managed. The team’s willingness to accommodate last-minute changes, understand our requirements, and provide personalized attention contributed significantly to the success of our conference. The overall feedback from our participants was excellent, and our Chairman and Managing Director were particularly pleased with the arrangements.
Special appreciation goes to Mr. Rajakumar for his personal attention and exceptional assistance, along with Chef Debajit, Mr. Sharan, Mr. Deljit, Mr. Shylendar, Mr. Radhakrishnan, Mr. Srinivasan, Mr. Naveen Mohan, and the front office and food service teams for their cooperation and dedication.
What stood out most was the team’s positive attitude, professionalism, responsiveness, and genuine willingness to help. Their collective efforts made the conference both productive and enjoyable.
