The resort has a very good location. It is situated at a calm location and the market(including ooty station) are easily accesible. The rooms have a good valley view. Ours was a premium room with amazing view. The gaming section is a good attraction for both adults as well as kids. The spa experience was relaxing and wonderful. I must say that the food is mouthwatering and delicious. We had all our meals in the resort itself. The staff arranged a special candle light dinner for us in the glass dining area in the observatory. The chef Mr Sher Singh and Mr Sunil did their job really well. Their signature dishes are the singree, dal makhni,butter chicken and paneer butter masala. The south indian cuisines are also good. Really appreciate the hospitality and cooperation of the complete staff . We enjoyed the friendliness shown by the cafe blu manager Mr Baskar. Also our special thanks to Mr Ranjit who helped in organizing the special dinner, Mr Jomis who served us during the dinner and Mr Manoj/Mr Amal who served us during the complete stay. The housekeeping facility is also very good. Last but not the least all covid safety protocals were followed. Overall one of the best stays we have ever had.
