We were at this awesome place at Munnar for 2 nights ,we thoroughly enjoyed our 3 days there we hardly moved around climate was it at best
The whole team starting from bell boys,FO -Anu, Poornima – Restaurant House keeping – Bala even GM- Shyju was courteous to check on us. Toiletries were fully loaded including Toothbrushes, toothpaste, Shaving kit, besides normal creams, soap etc. There was no cost cutting or miserly attitude visible in any form. The sole goal was to take care of guest’s hospitality. The politeness, humility were striking in all the staff.
Food quality and variety were also most satisfactory.
I must admit the way Sterling is pampering their guests, in no other counterparts you can see these days. Keep up the good work Team Munnar. Will visit you soon.
