On 10th of May this year we happened to be at one of the most beautiful resorts we have ever stayed . Arunai Anantha situated at the foothills of Mt Arunachala has 14 double standard rooms , 14 deluxe twin bedded rooms , 14 luxury Swiss cottages and 2 luxury suites .
Our standard double room was called standard , why ? I don’t know . it was a spacious air conditioned room with one double bed , built in diwan , attached bath with tub , private sit out with lounge , soft mini bar and what not .
The breakfast and dinner were hygienic , sumptuous and tasty . The service at the dining hall and the room service were praiseworthy . Staff at the reception were courteous and quick .
The ambience of the Resort was simply great . It had manicured lawns having running fountain . The artistically shaped swimming pool had crystal clear water .
After returning to Vadodara I told my Tamil student to ask her parent to get her wedded at this Resort near to the Ramanashram and the Arunachaleshwar temple to have divine blessings .
