It’s superb locale, with the clouds lazily passing by below you, when you stand at the balcony of your room in the morning with a cup of hot coffee in hand……..
It’s architectural beauty, blending beautifully with the mountain slope on which it majestically stands…..
It’s imaginative horticulture within its premises, so intelligently making best use of the constraints of a slopping gradient…..
The cleanliness & facilities, not only in the rooms but in the entire resort premises….
It’s restaurant… the wide variety of cuisine and excellent quality of dishes served, very clean, well organised, superb & friendly service….
It’s Bar….even a teetotaller might be tempted to make a try, looking at the enticing display of a wide variety of drinks….
And finally, the one that impressed me the most……. that much sought after HUMAN TOUCH!!…. right from the Resort Manager to the lowest level of staff……. all, so friendly, so courteous, so supportive, so polished, so caring…….. the whole team with sprightly gait, bubbling with energy & enthusiasm, constant smiling faces…. ever ready to help you out for anything…..
It’s really so amazing to see that each and every staff member, whatever their level in the administrative hierarchy, appear to take immense pride in their duties & responsibilities and execute them so cheerfully……. my salute to them all!!!
Anyway, never mind all this….. you just need to actually experience Sterling Yercaud, to believe me……
