I am writing in appreciation with regards to my stay at Sterling Nanital back in September.
I’ll ellaborate further below:
At first, location of the property is, by far the best among all hotels I’ve stayed in nainital. To mention all rooms have mountain view.
Room situated on the ground floor are spacious and have direct access to sit out area.
Room services is quick and quite responsive.
Property has a good SPA as well. Our experience this the same was wholly satisfying.
Now coming to best part:
I was travelling with my family, my father, 64 age , was on Fast on a Monday.As we came up for dinner, we found that almost everything in dinner had either garlic or onion in it. My father don’t ‘prefer’ Onions when he is fasting.
I requested Mr Mahesh, FNB Head, if he can do something and help me this some food items without
onion. He immediately instructed the chief to prepare a full dinner less onion n garlic.
This kind gesture took my heart way ❤️ 🙂
Mr Mahesh is really a kind man. I was really impressed with his polite attitude.
Sterling should take pride to have such a gentleman with them.
Also to mention, Mr Pushkar, who is pat of restaurant was equally kind and supportive.Seeing my Parents age he was always on his feet to help them with their dinner.
A shout out for him as well
Overall my trip was amazing.
I do recommend sterling nainital to all.
