At the reception counter Mohan,Vilma, Parveen and others greeted and treated us very warmly. They helped us with a detailed itinerary of places to visit and the best time to do so. They had proper information and knowledge of the places.
Buffet Manager Das, Ajay and his team severed us good South Indian breakfast, North Indian and Chinese vegetarian food for lunch. Dinner was laid out to our specification and choice. We went for A La-carte. We really appreciate the chef for the wonderful food and freshly pressed fruit juice. Masala tea was also served on our request. We thank the F&B manager and his team for taking care of our dietary needs.
They also celebrated my daughter’s birthday with an eggless chocolate cake . The cake was excellent in texture, moist and baked to perfection, though they arranged it from outside as their in house bakery was not functioning.
The rooms were cleaned on day to day basis. On request they provided Hair dryer, Steam iron box and stand, cloth drying stand since our room didn’t have balcony. The rooms were neat and clean.The housekeeping team’s service was excellent.
Pool and recreation area was excellent and was maintained neatly.
We stayed with Sterling Karwar for 4 days in the month of October. Overall, we had a good stay and a pleasant experience.
I personally thank the whole team of Sterling Karwar for their wonderful hospitality and prompt service. I would definitely recommend this place for stay if you are planning a visit to Karwar.
