We stayed at Sterling Palavelli Godavari for the week ending 27th April 2023
We will divide our feedback in 3 P s. Premises , People and Pallete
Premises : We found the Resort premises had an ethnic look , spacious and scenic with coconut trees and a pond. The huge spread was quite well maintained. Various facilities and utilities were fully functional and were corrected immediately when there were smaller issues. There was some larger common electrical issue which was also handled in a professional and pragmatic manner. When we were coming over, we were concerned that there would be some mosquito and insect problem but we were glad to find that the rooms were free of them. The swimming pool was also well maintained.
People: The people were very courteous, responsive and helpful. Due to our preferences we had some requests which were fully met. All senior officers were visible and approachable. Even third party services like car hire worked out very well. A special mention may be made of Mr Syed Mahboob, Mr Rambabu Oguri, Mr Tangi Bhaskararao, Mr Pavitra Maity , Mr Y Pradeep, Mr Sagar Sangam Das, Mr Ratna Prasad, Ms Vaishali (receptionist) [Please excuse if there is any error in spelling the names.] Of course there were many others whose names we do not know but that should not undermine their importance to us and your organization.
Pallete : The food was quite well made. We are all senior citizens from Mumbai and are Jains and had also certain food preferences and restrictions. We are well aware of the challenges that your Restaurant team would have faced but would gladly endorse that the food and services could not have been better. We do not have words to appreciate the importance of this factor to us.
Overall we are leaving with a sign of appreciation and satisfaction. We would return when we can. We would recommend wherever we can.
