We had booked resort between 19th till 22nd August for 18 members (3 twin appartments). I would like to mentioned that the service was very good, though the manager in charge was on vacation. Chief chef (“Rakesh Gouniyal” Acting Manager) was very helpful in arranging stuff that we wanted.
Though the Bon Fire was not available by default we got help from Mr Rakesh and Team and the Bon Fire was arranged in short notice (the payment was added to our bill).
I would also like to mention one incident where I forgot my wallet in room, Ms Rukmani had come for house keeping to clean room and she did place it where it was. We appreciated her honesty. Thanks to Ms Rukmani and Mr Rakesh & the whole team who made our stay more memorable.
We as a family completely enjoyed the stay.
One request is that if the family games could be re-introduced like before that would be more enjoyable.
