Enjoyed the Sterling experience with regard to hospitality, food, ambience and service.
If some items of local cuisine could be included in the menu, it would be most welcome. Suggest a small rail, hook next to wash basin in the wash room for better convenience, as well as a footmat in/ outside washroom door.
