We have stayed in Puri Resort on 14.09.22 for one night, it?s a memorable experience, about my happiness I?ll share with your team.
1). Welcome come team Excellent
2). Reception team and Check in formalities Excellent ( in reception Mrs Ameena special mention about her care)
3). Rooms are very good, Toilet amenities or very good, housekeeping is excellent.
But bath towels should be improved. It?s very very important.
4). Restaurant staff are very humble and cuddle.
Food quality is excellent. About price is little expensive.
5). My special appreciation and thanks to the captain of the Ship (GM) because he is keeping his staff very humble and friendly. Also I have watched he is interacting with number of Gust. It shows is humbleness.
Because of this experience I have booked again to stay in the Resort on 15.01.23. With pleasure.
