Hi we had been to Munnar recently ie 21st may to 24 th May, your staff are courteous and fast too, but unfortunately there wasn’t a First aid box at the reception, which is essential, a child in our group was bitten by a leach, and there was nothing available at the reception, also the staff there told us to get tumeric from the kitchen, when they shd have organised the same. Pls make surea. first Aid box is always there to help families.And any concern we have might be small for the staff, but shd be treated with respect. We were really happy with the rest of our holiday, with the HK and Fand B staff, who were really fantastic
