Dear Sterling Resort Authority, this is for your mail regarding the feedback of our stay at your resort from 26th to 31st July, I like to inform you that you wrote the letter to Mr. Subrata Bosu who had traveled as my guest and is not a member of sterling Resort.
I am a loyal sterling member from 1993 and my membership ID is 210414 and the letter should have been addressed to me.
However I like to state that we had a wonderful time spent as always with my family along with Dr. Manoj Saha and his family too.
It was maybe our 15th visit to the resort and enjoyed the special care taken by your staff of reception, house keeping and special mention to dining room people who served all our meals from breakfast to dinner, starting from check in to check out.
