From Feedback to Delight – A Sterling Member Experience at Thiruvannamalai

As a Sterling Member, my recent stay at Sterling Thiruvannamalai was very pleasant and comfortable. While there were a few initial hiccups, the team handled everything exceptionally well and ensured I was taken care of throughout my stay.

A special appreciation to the resort manager, Mr. Saravanan, for his proactive approach and for ensuring both my stay and dining experience were comfortable. His leadership clearly reflects in the way the resort is managed.

Traveling with a young child, we had very specific dietary needs, and I would like to thank Restaurant Manager Mr. Mani and Chef Mr. Dharma for going the extra mile in customizing meals. Their effort and attention, especially in the later part of our stay, made a significant difference.

I would also like to recognize Mr. Rajiv Gandhi and the housekeeping team for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and responsiveness, ensuring everything met our expectations.

Having had a less satisfactory experience during a previous stay, it was reassuring to see the team’s commitment to improvement. This experience has helped rebuild our confidence in Sterling, and we truly appreciate the effort taken by the team.
