Sterling Anaikatti Stay – wonderful property manager (Barun Nayak) and Food & Bev Service Associate (Sankar Khawas)
About Resort: We stayed in Sterling Anaikatti for four days. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Resort is on the bank of Siruvani river. We got rooms with River view (ask for it while booking). All the staff were very courteous and very helpful. Overall its very serene , birds chirping in the morning /evenings completely relaxes . Rooms and the entire resort property was very good, very clean and well maintained. Car parking is outside the resort in a separate parking lot which belongs to Sterling and Staffs stay in houses which are inside/adjacent to the parking place.
About Staff: I need to call out the Property Manager (Mr.Barun Nayak) and F&B Service associate (Mr.Sankar Khawas) for their customer service. They understand what customers need and cater accordingly. We celebrated a surprise Birthday for my wife . Sankar Khawas, Barun and team had organised it very well inside the resort . My son was trying to learn how to swim .Inspite of Barun’s busy schedule over the long weekend attending guests he volunteered and taught my son swimming techniques , spent 20min all 4 days for him and my son learned to swim. If anyone wants to learn how to swim please get hold of a Barun ?. Housekeeping staff were very prompt in attending for services. Security personnel were very helpful & friendly
About location: This resort is completely in the outskirts and if you are a food junkie and expect to try local Kerala food, there are no hotels nearby.
Places to Visit nearby : You should visit 1) Sangama of Siruvani & Bhavani River, don?t forget to bath in the river. 2) Attapadi 360 view point 3) Jungle night Safari (we missed it due to rain).
