We visited this resort for 4 days duration. Awesome experience. I have not seen so much exceptional service provided by any other hotel so far. Each and every staff members are awesome and help you within minutes. Breakfast delicious. Ala carte order at room was served within stipulated time. Behaviour of the staff members is so much polite. Very nice hotel. We had a small issue in our premium room but on the next day they offered us to upgrade to suite without any hassle. Only one thing need to be changed if driver accommodation can be improved so that people are not embarrassed after going there. If it is not possible then please provide some photos of driver accommodation which is chargable so that right expectations can be set with the driver before going with them otherwise self drive is ok as ample space of parking is there. Rooms have a beautiful view of river where you can sit back on the balcony. If you want separate balcony then book classic or suite as premium rooms have shared balcony. There is 15 mins walk to river from hotel but it is recommended to go there in group and not alone with return back before sunset. If you want to explore hill with awesome view then this place is perfect as it is not too much have height.
