I on behalf of my family, would like to thank team Sterling for superb hospitality what was possible in middle of reserve forest area.
What can be expected- proactive and friendly staff and clean rooms. WiFi is getting started as per team Sterling, currently its available in main lobby only. Only Jio network is active- Airtel / VI have limited connection with less 4G network.
We had stayed in room number 1111 to 1114 (Premium rooms).
The food quality is good in buffet and is tasty, but dinner variety in terms on snacks is very limited.Main course is repetitive.
The swimming pool is clean and well maintained, however the recliners around pool needs to be upgraded.
The activity room is upto mark. The outdoor activities like archery, zip line, Burma bridge are enjoyable and professionally handled with reasonable prices.
The rooms needs improvement in terms of all CP fittings including shower. The room I was in (1113), had the most tiny shower I had ever experienced in a hotel. There is no locker in the room.It had a microwave, mini fridge, hair dryer, electric kettle in the room. The lighting in bathroom is very less which needs to be addressed and improved in room area.
