It was a nice experience. I visited earlier in 2018 as well. This place has scenic beauty, river, hills, pool, place to roam around and other facilities. Nicely maintained resort. Shortcomings are
1.Guest rooms needs improvement. It was very bland, broken furniture, no microwave.
2.Entry to resort is tedious with narrow and steep slope.
3.It is my suggestion that every sterling resort must have a Thali of local cuisines. It should be very reasonably priced with little portions and offering great variety. Large portion on a la carte basis is not viable as one is not sure of taste and liking. A tourist always look forward for a place as well as it’s local food. He wants something different and not the routine ones.
4.Another suggestion is of a regular veg and non vegĀ Thali option of routine items with various miss and match. Price, quality and quantity will matter. This may replace your buffet system thereby saving a lot of food wastage, value for money for customer, satisfaction, precious time of staff for daily arrangements and many more reasons. These days people tend to eat less to be fit and so buffet become less attractive for him. Also, your staff have to convince customer regularly to go for buffet and combos which is a bit pricey.
Highlights are
1.Young energetic restaurant and housekeeping staff. Exceptional, courteous and fast service.
Restaurant manager and his team doing excellent work. Keep it up.
2.Good that you have free wifi.
3.Food quality and quantity good but some items little pricey. Like paneer, naan etc.
Thanks and Regards.
