We stayed 5 nights and 6 days in April 2024 with 10 family members, including kids and senior citizens. The stay was really good. Overall, the hotel was neat and clean, the staff were very friendly, and the food was good. The only con is that the bathroom drainage is not great, as the water takes a long time to seep. Overall, it is highly recommended. I also want to give a special mention to Mr. Vikram from the front desk team. He helped us get medicine for my daughter at very unfavorable hours and went out of his way to resolve a billing issue. I was truly impressed by his commitment and deeply appreciative of his timely intervention and help.
