This resort is located approximately 1 km from Ghoom railway station and 7 km away from main darjeeling, the approach road leading to the resort is in bad shape its an village road, and final entry to the resort is very steep hill up to reach the main lobby and resort, our check in was smooth, had booking for 1 BR and was allotted the best room in their resort with balcony, most of the balcony rooms are having good views, the reception staff is very helpful specially Mr Jiwan and others were also good but do not remember their names, the room was very specious neat and clean and bathroom was also good having good fittings with hot and cold water available at your will, the house keeping staff were efficient in keeping the room neat and clean every day, the restaurant was also good and the food taste was also good, their chef Mr Manoj was very attentive and would interact with the guests, and Mr Lallan Shah and Mr Pramod were very good in serving us during our stay, here they have gym facilities also, though this resort is far from main darjeeling, but the views from this place is very exciting, would like to definitely stay at this place again.
