We stayed at Sterling Darshan Guruvayoor from 1st to 3rd October 2025 as a family of three – myself, my wife, and our 9-month-old baby. It was truly a memorable and pleasant experience from start to finish.
The service and hospitality were excellent. Special appreciation to Pranav, Binay Das, Kutty, and the Front Office team – Swathi, Sooraj, Anand, and Sathish – for their warm welcome and continuous support throughout our stay.
The chef, Mr. Sahadevan, prepared delicious food and ensured every meal suited our preferences. The Housekeeping team – Devika and Thaseef – maintained our room beautifully, and the Engineering team – Ashiq and Sajith – were prompt and helpful whenever needed.
A special mention to Security staff Mr. Somanath and Mr. Radhakrishnan, who were very courteous and attentive.
We were especially touched by the beautiful bed decoration and arrangements for our marriage anniversary celebration. Everything was done with great care and attention to detail. Our little one also had a wonderful time, thanks to the friendly and caring team.
Overall, Sterling Darshan Guruvayoor exceeded our expectations in every way – comfort, cleanliness, food, and service. A big thank you to the entire team for making our stay truly special. We look forward to visit.
