My parents stayed at Sterling Orange Village Gangtok in November 2022 and they took hospitality to a whole new level. Few of the many good points I would want to call out were :
1. Front office staff-Ms.Sabita chetri n Mr. Dipen khati was very courteous n helpful
2. Restaurant manager Mr. Kishor and Mr. Passang and Ms Laxmi were very good. Food quality and layout was lip smacking and elaborate from a spread perspective. My parents were really pampered which has become quite rare these days from many hotels.
3. Full credit to the GM Mr, Gaurang Dalal fr maintaining such high standards in all aspects.
Overall, great value for money and my parents would definitely recommend this property or even visit it again in future.
