Room was good, house-keeping department is slow (need to call 2-3 times or call reception for same thing), food was average. Valley view was awesome from my room so 5 star. Their staffs are very good and polite. Our breakfast and dinner mostly managed by Ishita, she always have a nice smile on her face, always welcoming and provide service very fast.
