The entire staff is very hospitable and soft spoken. Starting from the top Mr Rohit Shaw, who ensured all aspects of our stay were looked after, Mr. Abhijeet Chatterjee the food and beverage manager who went all out to ensure that we enjoy the local dishes, to the serving staff like Laxmi and Rebika and the others at the restaurant who are so attentive and cheerful.
We thoroughly enjoyed the Nepali thali. Dont miss an opportunity to enjoy it as it was just outstanding in flavour and authenticity. Our compliments to the Chef Kabir.
Our checkin was smoothly handled by Ms. Phurba and Mr. Krishna at the front office.
