My family and I spent a night at Sterling Goa. Being our wedding Anniversary we decided to take a short break. Had booked the Family suite which was very clean and spacious. The staff is super friendly and big thank you to the GM Ranbir who went out of his way to ensure we had a truely memorable day. Cake and flowers in the room to a special poolside candle lit setup for the family. Really appreciate all the efforts .
The resort is a really ideal for families with a great kids centre and loads of fun activities to keep them engaged. Food and service was really excellent.
During my conversation with one of the local staff members a statement really caught my attention. As we talked about the difficult time the industry went through he did mention with a great degree of appreciation and pride that the owners and management stood by them during this whole phase. And that’s something commendable , an act not seen even in big branded hotels around who just cast their employees to the wind. This can be clearly seen reflecting positively in their work.
