I have been a proud member of Sterling Resorts since the late ‘90s. I have relished staying with family at different resorts of Sterling spread across India, like the ones at Ooty [both Fern Hill and Elk Hill], Kodaikanal [both Lake View & Valley View], Yercaud, Yelagiri, Goa, Darjeeling and Mussorie.
This time around I visited Sterling Guruvayoor for the second time and enjoyed the pleasant stay and facilities offered, on Mar 18 & 19, 2023.
I was quite delighted with the excellent customer support displayed by all the members of Team Sterling Guruvayoor, during this stay. I would like to particularly appreciate Sujith [General Manager] and all the Team Members with whom I interacted across various departments like: Akshaya & Roshan [Front Office], Manikandan & Mithun Joy [F&B], Sabitha & Sheeja [Housekeeping] and Simon & Joe Thomas [Security], for ensuring the stay as delightful in every possible way. The entire team led by Sujith, thanks to his exemplary leadership qualities were absolutely proactive and customer friendly. The attention to detail for providing maximal comfort was of par excellence nature.
I for one, thoroughly enjoyed the stay and would regard all the positive experiences acquired as quite memorable.
On the whole, experiences acquired while staying at Sterling Guruvayoor were memorable, thanks to the above-mentioned Executives and Staff. The leadership team of Sterling Resorts can be extremely proud of these colleagues. I will certainly re-visit and also pass on positive referrals to existing and potential customers.
