Sterling Gurvayoor is a cozy place to stay. Firstly, grateful to SUJITH.K the Manager, who took extreme good care of us in all aspects right from the time we booked the property, constantly enquiring n providing all the guidance, helped us in smooth check-in, facilitated our local visits n sightseeing, arranged transport, ensured our food requirements were not missed. He is a gem of a person n humble being n really made us feel as if we were in our family home. The ambience, architecture, the wood design, well crafted furniture, spacious rooms, well designed layout, facilities, faucets, spot free walls, neat n clean rooms, hygienic maintenance, all required facilities provided in rooms, toiletries are too good to use, bed sheets, linen, towels look new n feel like jumping all over the smooth cozy beds. Exta Large mirrors well placed in all required corners. Excellent Room services. Restaurant is full veg n though limited cuisine it will be sumptuous be lunch or dinner, their complimentary breakfast is amazing having all variety of items n refreshments. Its a splendid place to be n makes u feel to stay forever. Impressed with the finesse of the property in all aspects. Besides its quite close n walkable to all main temples n attractions, shoppings etc. Readily available transport assistance n helpdesk n public transportation available right in front of the gate. We have a large fully covered parking. The Staff are really warm n gentle with a helping hand always, Akhil n Anupriya ensured all comforts n facilities while Anita in restaurant is a lovely gem of a person who advised us on right menu n ensured we did not miss and made our every meal special. Thanks to Sterling n Team n Sujith for the warmth n splendid customer care n support. Sterling Guruvayur will always be the place of stay for us.
