We stayed here for 2 nights…the hotel staff was friendly.
There was timely sanitation rounds done by the staff and the place was clean.
Mr.Mitra was very polite and welcoming.
His positive attitude will always be remembered by my family.
Due to the pandemic ,the activity area was temporarily closed which was very understandable.The rooms were clean and upto the mark.
Coming to the food,they got good buffet packages.The food quality was excellent.
Our food service was taken care by Mr.Ajay who was the politest of them all.
I think he had an aim in his mind to give us the best service possible… Always asked us if we needed anything else .
Such good attitude is what has brought me to come and review this place.Thank you Sterling,karwar 🙂
