We stayed at several Sterling resorts. One biggest headache used to be check in and check out process. Long waits, insensitive staff.
But, Sterling resorts Karwar was a wonderful contrast. We were treated like the guests they have been waiting for.
Front office helped in all transportation needs from and to the Goa airport and in the town.
Food was outstanding and Mr Ajay took care of our food requirement like more than family all 8 days. He got made items not on the menu to suit our tastes. A wonderful guy. Although the entire dining staff was very friendly people, Ajay was crafted for us.
House keeping team was very nice and accommodating. Overall property was maintained very clean including the pool.
Any day, strongly recommend Karwar Sterling.
Property is old, small related issues will be there. Understand being taken up for renovations.
