We stayed at Sterling Karwar for 3 nights. We had booked 2 rooms. The bedroom and living area opens up to a stunning view. The rooms are clean and sanitized. One room is having sea view and other room having palm tree view. It is locatebd on highway next to Kali River providing spectacular view of Kali River and sea.
This resort even has taken all the security measures required for the COVID situation. Staff is very well trained. Everything is sanitized and all staff wears mask and gloves. Because of COVID situation Activity area, Swimming pool, basket ball, football etc are closed. It was good stay at Sterling Karwar in terms of hygiene, safety and ambiance.
Front office service was excellent by Mr.Sougata Mitra and the staff is very polite and helpful. Restaurant provided tasty food and excellent service at very reasonable price, the food menu, however is very limited due to the pandemic situation, social distancing is maintained. Want to mention some names from restaurant food manager Rajib, Ajay, Chandras and cook Sandesh & Davender.
Wifi is only free for the first one hour and then they charge for the rest of the day.
If you are planning a visit to Karwar I would definitely recommend the Sterling resort👍
