As this is my first visit to Kodai with family my expectation was high for a pleasant stay. Here in Sterling by Lake, the experience was excellent. Right from reception, room service, house keeping all the staff members very kind enough to fulfill our request timely. More than the experience, the needful help even during midnight, was really awesome finding a hospital for child emergency! Mr. Velmurugan, Gowri, Percilla, Amina and team under Subu was friendly and have a better bedside manner respecting the guests privacy! Overall my experience was excellent and I would recommend this place to my friends!
