Our stay at the Lake View at Kodai with our cousin?s family was nice comfortable and pleasant as expected.
The prompt courteous and quick service by the front office staff both at the time of checking in and check out deserves special mention. There is a distinct improvement in the services offered to customers. Enquiries were properly received and answered to our satisfaction.
2.The room service by the maintenance staff was exceptionally superb. Bed linen and pillow covers were changed periodically and the toilet was spic and clean. Mr.Velu did his job with sincere involvement and loving care. He is an asset to your Organisation.
3. The kitchen staff could make and offer delicious dishes to our taste making dining a real experience worth repeating. The buffet displayed the master strategy of the Chefs in their judicious offer of items to suit the palate of different age groups.
On the whole the enjoyable stay makes us think of planning any number of slots to avail the lapsed holidays.
4. The battery car operators Mr.Parthiban and Marudu were very helpful by offering their services with smiles all the time
5. My only request is to keep me informed of your Lapsed Holidays offer whenever it is made with the span and resorts to which it is applicable.
