I was in Sterling Lake side from 10 th of May with my family and relatives . It is one of the most well managed properties of Sterling . Without doubt . So ably managed by Ajit kumar the GM OF STERLING . He is always there on his foot 24/7 and here , there , everywhere . his chefs Saravanan, Veeru and Ahsan are masters of their craft and very forthcoming and ready to do everything . Ameena from banquets needs special mention . Always ready to serve smilingly and quick on her foot. Partibhan , the man who controls the cart car , Manikandan in the fron office need a special mention . The house keeping is exemplary . Room service response time is praiseworthy . On the whole , a great experience .
A point of concern is we are debited utility charges for the unused nights . Does not jell well . Paying for services not utilised does hurt . Already the points are debited , on top of that the utility charges is not acceptable and good trade practice .
On the whole , a word of cheer . STERLING LAKE SIDE KODAI IS GREAT IN ALL RESPECTS .
