Here is my feedback after staying 3 nights in this resort –
1. Room – Rooms are extra extra large and can easily accommodate extra adults/kids. Even after putting additional mattress you’ll not feel short of space. Large windows give you panoramic view of snowy mountains.
Suggestion: Book the suite (it gives you extra room and a bathtub) if you are going with family and if it’s not a big burden on your pocket (otherwise premier room is also very good).
2. Food – Amazing tasty food in breakfast and dinner buffet with almost all the options.
Suggestion : Book the room with breakfast and dinner because it’s difficult to find the alternate near the resort and it’s not hard on your pocket if you book it with hotel booking. Whatever you pay it’s really worth.
3. Service – Again, I would like to give 5 stars for it. Smiling faces all around, ready to help whenever required. Resort manager(Geeta Ram)/chef/staff continuous takes your feedback and happy to listen you. In room service they go extra mile, within 5 mins staff will be at your door with the stuff you asked for.
4. Activities – Only thing this resort lacks is this one. They have only badminton court, carrom and chess which you can enjoy. Spa/Steam and pool table is available but chargeable. They have jacuzzi but it’s not operational, as per them they don’t have hot water supply so they only open this in summers ( Jacuzzi with cold water 😊 does not make any sense to me).
