All services are extremely good, Mr. Sharma (Manager of kufri branch) is very helpful and polite while dealing with the guests. My whole family went for 3 days and all of them where so happy with the hospitality provided by the staffs. Cleaning, food , security and activities all were great. Mr. Sharma and Sterling staff thank you so much from my family.
