Our stay at Sterling Kufri for 6 days was really exciting and wonderful. The location is good, away from hectic activities of city of Shimla and in peaceful environments. The rooms faces the view of snowy mountain range. The check in as well as check out was well taken care of.
However being a member we had to struggle for the room that we are entitled. At first the entitled room was not alloted even there were vacant rooms. We had to pursue hard. The rooms are spacious and well maintained.
The restaurant service is excellent. The chef and staff are extremely cooperative, courteous and humble. Even in buffet they got us prepared items as per our choice. This was done for almost all. The food quality is also very good. When we did not eat much ,they even provided discount in the agreed package amount. This was really unusual. However varities needs to be large and changing everyday.

were just superb and amazing in service and hospitality giving you the best experiences during your holidays. They deserve full marks.
The travel desk is good. Mr Mohit was really good and serviceable and cooperative. However one driver Nima ( from Delhi to Kalka was not cooperative. )
The housekeeping team was also good and humble.
Only room allotment needs to be fair and just and should give priority to members particularly those who haven’t consumed full days.
Overall it was a pleasant and joyous stay.
