Scenic location of Kufri Sterling like Manali is a huge attraction for this resort.My daughter was not well when we reached Kufri due to travelling in narrow roads but the way Chef and F and b has taken care was exceptional.
Me and my wife should thank Mr Ajay, Executive Chef who accompanied us at 3 AM in the morning to hospital for my daughter in an emergency.I also thank him for providing porridges and clear soups for my daughter which was out from the Menu.It felt more like a homely experience for me and helped my daughter to recover fast.
Mr Ranjeer and the entire F and B team was also exceptional in taking care of us in that situation.
Overall my experience with Hotel staffs were gratifying and would recommend others who visit Shimla.
