I visited Sterling Kufri from 12th November, 2021 to the 16th of November, 2021. The first thing you notice about this place is the wonderful location, sitting at the hills of Kufri, overlooking the White Ridge. I was immediately greeted at the reception with a warm “Namaste” and the check-in process was as if it never happened. Mr. G. R. Sharma was quick to guide us with places of visit and sightseeing options. The superb hospitality is what underscores every aspect of Sterling, Kufri. The service is quite prompt. At one point, we needed a hard mattress in our room for better sleep and it was provided to us within no time (God bless Mr. Umesh and all others at the reception desk and Housekeeping for providing us the same), so that we could rest better. The Restaurant Staff, especially Mr. Aman, Mr. Rajeev and all others were extremely courteous and catered to all our culinary needs. The Restaurant itself is warm and cozy with an attached balcony overlooking the valley and mountains. The food also, is reasonably good. Special thanks to the Travel Desk personnel especially Mr. Bittu Thakur, Mr. Arun Verma for charting out an itinerary for the trip at a superb pricing. Mr. Ajay was our man-behind-the-wheel, and it was he who made the travelling part of our trip, absolutely hassle-free. He is extremely skilled and knows the place in-and-out. We felt absolutely safe with him and his driving skill. He was quick to catch our vibe and interest and provided us with alternative options for places we didnt want to visit. Overall, it was an extremely comfortable and pleasant stay and I can comfortably recommend Sterling, Kufri to all. It is quite reasonably priced and is absolutely a good value for your money.
