As a location to unwind and refresh yourself, the Lake Palace Resort by Sterling was an amazing option to consider. All around it, there was a calm and peaceful atmosphere, and everything about it was pleasant, welcoming and of a high quality. We were able to feel at ease from the time we arrived thanks to the friendly smiles of the staff, which laid the groundwork for a relaxing and pleasurable experience during the entirety of our stay. The staff, from the front desk to housekeeping, were all friendly and wanted to ensure we had a great stay.
Chef Ratheesh arranged for us to go on an incredible culinary tour, which turned out to be one of the most memorable portions of our trip. This was more than simply a couple of meals; it was a gourmet voyage through meals that were masterfully cooked and packed with flavours that were peculiar to the area. Every meal that Chef Ratheesh made was a manifestation of his enthusiasm for cooking, his painstaking attention to detail, and his profound reverence for the use of genuine ingredients. When I asked Chef what sorcery he did to make the appams so soft, he excitedly detailed the procedure to us. This is a fantastic example of what I mean.
In addition to being wonderful and attentive at all times, Darshan and Abhilash made a substantial contribution to the enhancement of our experience.
Similarly transforming were the Ayurvedic wellness treatments that were provided at the resort. These services were supervised by the skilled Dr. Vishnu and his dedicated team, which comprised Udayan and Anaswara. The competence and compassionate care that they provided to us were of great aid to us. They helped us feel more at ease, invigorated, and spiritually elevated by giving us with therapies that met our needs. Because we combined traditional methods of knowing with genuine kindness, our trip became more meaningful and healing. This was due to the fact that we combined the two.
As a further point of interest, we were quite satisfied with the leadership that Mr. Jiju Haridas offered in his capacity as Regional General Manager. Because of his personal touch and the tremendous attention to detail that he paid, we had the impression that we were members of his family rather than guests. As a result of the fact that we do not frequently encounter leaders who are so loving, we experienced an even stronger sense of belonging than we would have otherwise. Our encounter was a genuine delight because of the pleasant atmosphere and the exceptional care that his team offered.
