I was a little worried when reading the reviews about this place so was pleasantly surprised when we arrived. We had 2 nights booked and had opted for the lake view suite. It was a lovely big room with everything you need. It had a reception/seating area and another loo/shower which seemed like a luxury. Yes the main bathroom was a bit tired around some of the edges but the shower was an overhead ‘rain’ style, lots of hot water etc. Had a nice balcony overlooking the lake. The food selection was good. The only very odd thing is they didn’t have any tonic for Gin and Tonics!! The staff were friendly and I would recommend this place.
