I recently stayed at a hotel in Shimla and had a very pleasant experience overall. The location was excellent, offering beautiful views of the hills and easy access to the Mall Road, which made sightseeing and shopping very convenient. The room was well maintained, clean, and cozy, with comfortable bedding and all the basic amenities provided. The balcony view in particular was a highlight, as it allowed us to enjoy the fresh mountain air and scenic surroundings.
The staff was polite, attentive, and always ready to help. They ensured a smooth check-in process and were quick to respond to any requests. Housekeeping kept the room tidy every day, which added to the comfort of the stay. The food served at the in-house restaurant was tasty, with both local and standard options available. Breakfast had a good variety, though a few more choices could make it even better.
One small area of improvement would be the Wi-Fi connectivity, which was inconsistent at times. However, considering the overall warmth of the service, the peaceful environment, and the value for money, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone planning a visit to Shimla.
