The service has been exemplary. Staff here are extremely polite and take care of you so well. From the reception staff to the restaurant and housekeeping, all of them are very very nice and always greet you with a lot of warmth and a big smile on their faces! They are extremely pleasant and hospitable. Makes the whole experience of staying in Manali better! Much love to the staff that run this property. They also had a little tea stall at the gardens with some cookies in the evenings. It was quaint and cute!
A special mention to Mr. Ramesh (our housekeeping staff),Ms. Jija Mipi(food attendant ) and Mr. Manish (chef) for their hospitality, and going beyond our expectations to ensure we had a good stay!
