I recently visited your properties at Manali and Kufri.
It was a pleasant experience at Manali except the confusion about change of room every other day (i stayed there from Oct 1st through 6th). Food was good as well.
Checked into Kufri on 6th Oct 2022 and we were greeted with ‘Welcome Water’ which was delicious! Thanks for the wonderful drink. Though the overall experience was good, staff at reception always wore wooden face. You may think about giving them training on how to interact with customers. Staff at the dining area were really wonderful and doing an amazing job.
