Good relaxing break! Friendly, welcoming staff. Very good location for Manali and local transport as its conveniently located on a state highway. Overall an enjoyable stay. The hotel is old and could do with some renovation, but it seems like this issue is being addressed. The room we had was nice, very clean and had a very comfortable bed with a good mattress and pillows. Answers from reception were immediate and friendly, be it during email contact before or after the stay, be it at the reception during the stay. Thank you for the great services and facilities provided. I am very satisfied. Overall a tidy, friendly hotel that gives good value for money.
