Spent almost a week with family at Sterling Manali in Dec 22. In terms of service standards, this resort is way above other sterling resorts that we have experienced in the past. After driving for almost 10 hours from Kufri we arrived at Sterling Manali. The check in was quick and smooth. We had booked 2 guest rooms. On request both rooms were allocated next to each other inspite of having almost 100 per cent occupancy. Guest rooms are of good size and well furnished. The F & B team in the resort is also superb. They have a good spread but they are always willing to cook anything and everything outside the menu as well. Food quality and presentations was no less than a five star luxury resort. My wife was celebrating her birthday during our stay.
On the day of her birthday the resort decorated the room and placed a cake with 2 beautiful birthday cards. we have stayed in other sterling resorts in the past during her birthdays but have not experienced this kind of service. We also tried their spa and I must say that the experience was nothing less than what we normally experience in luxury branded spas. Every member of the staff right from the door man to the top manager is well trained. The General manager of Sterling Manali Mr Abhishek Sharma / The Front office manager Mr Praneel and the head chef Rajinder is majorly responsible for offering such wonderful experiences to its guests. Their experience shows during their interaction. We were greeted multiple times every single day by the GM / FOM and Head chef just to ensure that everything is going well with us. We haven’t experienced this kind of service in any other sterling resorts during out past visit. After spending a week at Sterling Manali I must say that If every other sterling resorts starts offering such experiences to their guests then very soon Sterling will become a household name in our country.I also request the senior officials of sterling resorts to work on the following areas. WIFI & Holiday activities. An improvement in these areas will add value to the guest experiences.
