I wish to place on record my appreciation for your excellent property at Mount Abu where we stayed from 11-15 Mar 2021.
Our reception was full of warmth & the lobby was awesome. We were spell bound to see the upkeep & maintenance of this property. It is of a very high order & can match the best in competition.
Check in / check out procedures are flawless. The staff is so highly motivated that each one we came across is ready to go an extra mile to meet demands of the guests. Staff serves with a smile & believe in Service before self.
F & B production & service is worth emulating by others. Cuisine preparation is well planned under guidance of exec chef Dwarka. F & B Services, we enjoyed the most.
Rooms are well kept & H/K services are extremely prompt.
We are thankful to CE, for excellent resolution of complaint management.
We owe our gratitude to Mr. Rajib Sarkar, GM, under whose leadership & guidance this could be possible. He is dedicated & diligent. He indeed leads from the front & gets all the credit to keep his team motivated & on the move all the time.
I like to thank GM again whose top priority is customer satisfaction as seen by me.
Sterling is fortunate to have such Assets like Mr. Rajib Sarkar who will keep the Sterling flag flying high always, I am confident.
