Staying at the Sterling Resort Mount Abu, this was like a much awaited family stay post Covid and yes it was very refreshing and rejuvenating.
Arrival experience was very welcoming with smiling faces and express check in, Mr Samir FO Mgr was always there for any needs and request.
Now comes the food Chef Biplab and his team are truly magicians, we were mostly there was breakfast and dinner buffet, food was fresh, tasty and had varieties with regional delicaisies also on the buffet.
There was this spl dish chef made specifically for us made with yoghurt and crunchy from outside was just superb.
Service team led by Mr Mallik F&B Mgr were very warm and welcoming, they were very polite and had eye for detaills, the moment we took food breads were already there on the table.Peter was very friendly and was well aware of likes and dislikes, so were the breakfast chefs.
We also happen to meet Mr Sarkar, GM of the hotel and as leader was there in operations with the team and a very fine gentleman.
Pool was amazing, neat & clean and was well maintained, over all the property is well maintained and most important is the staff are always smiling and welcoming you with warmth and care.
Even the hotels travel desk was also accomodating with reasonable charges and professional drivers.
Overall a very happy and satisfied stay, my recommendation is a must visit this hotel is place for everyone, families friends,kids there is so much for everyone at the property.if you are planning to stay at Mount Abu this is the best one.
