The resort is located about 15 kms away from the highly populated munnar town. It’s at a picturesque location amidst tea gardens and on the mountainside.
The front desk and restaurant staff are very nice esp. Mr. Yogesh – restaurant manager, Mr. Rakesh, chef Bino, Gayathri at front desk we’re very helpful in accomodating our special needs and diets.
They have lots of indoor games, air hockey, pool and video games for kids, activities such as shooting and atv also. Christopher did a great job hosting the party games and it was a blast.
Housekeeping was ok but room for improvement with response time is there. They had to be repeatedly reminded.
The rooms had great views of the slopes and tea gardens, but they need sprucing up esp. The lighting was poor and bathrooms were therefore not well lit. This should be attended to immediately. The sofa bed also needs replacement/re-stuffing to make it comfy.
There are driver restrooms and ample parking.
Some basic shops outside the compound are there. No good restaurants or such around here, so you have to eat at their restuarant. Breakfast -dinner buffet combo works out well. Lunch is ala carte – so expensive.
Their Spa services are great. Make sure to avail the Ayurvedic treatments offered. The staff are amazing and will remove all your stress.
